Hey guys, I need some help on getting set up for spraying this year. So far I have 2 push spreaders(lesco), and a 200 gallon spray tank with 400 foot hose. I recently hooked up with a friend that needs about 1,000,000 square feet of property to spray/spread and now need to either buy a ride on unit or another 200 gal. tank to be able to handle this much square footage. My partner and I will be doing all of the work and are considering turning one of our turf tigers into a spray unit, or should we buy a perma-green unit?

We are looking for advice on what will be better, we do properties from 5000-350,000 square feet.

    What do you guys think?

    Thanks for the help

Why would you need to spray up North?

Why can't you go with granular products?

Just buy a 2" box hitch and mount to a ztr and mount the electric spreader of your choice.

I can see where a 200 gallon sprayer is needed down south where one needs to mix ****tails of fert., fungicide, herbicide, and insecticide but up North on clay based soils they are useless IMHO.

BTW the biggest spray tanks I own are 15 gallons and they attach to the deck carrier frame of a walkbehind. I don't drag hose period.

Best way to kill weeds is to spray! Granular just won't give the same results. Fungi's/insecti's and ferts are best in granular.IMHO

Just shut up! Obviously, you don't know when to quit! Your the one off topic you idiot. He's asking about SPRAYING. Read the topic again. He wasn't asking about your program that doesn't work.
