Pennsylvania Fertilizer Laws

I have heard and seen that there are courses you have to take to be certified fo pest control, but I need to Know what if any the laws are regarding fertililing commercially in PA. Any help greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

Check out the post from CCLS. PA is geared just about the same. I went to my local Lesco Dealer and asked how to get certified and I they sent me home with pamplets that explain all. They were more than happy to help since I`d be buying there product.
