Twas mowing a lawn today. While mowing, scrub pulls up to the lawn next door and begins spraying the turf (for weeds I presume). I'm watching the kolledge-aged scrub because his vehicle was unmarked, highly likely unlicensed. Suddenly he began to drench the irrigation rain sensor with whatever he was spraying the lawn with. What the hell? Guess he didn't want the irrigation to ruin his precious application he just made. The dude didn't even bother to leave a record of the application for his customer. I gotta find out who this idiot is and report him to the State, regardless I bet he'll quickly put himself or whoever he works for out of business.
