Tell him it's useless hippy crap. Charge accordingly. When it dosen't work use real stuff. Charge accordingly again.

I treated my front yard with it about seven years ago. I thought it worked. I saw almost no skunk digging the following few years, as compared to the few years prior. That's my only experience with it.

I have used Milky Spore and it seems to take one season for the product to start working.
