  • Can you get 2-4-D in granular?

I know most "weed & feed" type fertilizers use 2-4-d but I was wondering if you can get it strictly without a fertilizer. Imagine a dry Trimec.

    Just curious.

    don't think so.
as far as I know all chemicals come in a liquid form and then they are added to a carrier like a fertilizer.

    examples are 0-0-7 w/talstar
    5-5-25 w/barricade
    18-3-12 w/dimension
    etc...

    I could be wrong though.

There are several 2,4-D granular formulations, most are strictly aquatic use.
Generally, companies stick with the weed and feed for lawns/ornamental use. The thought otherwise is if you need a 2,4-D type product for a large area, they have liquid formulations. There are currently no granular products with just 2,4-D registered in OR or WA other than the aquatic use stuff. There a couple granular Trimec products
