Pricing Fertilization

What pricing structures do you use when bidding on fertilization and weed control for lawns. eg Product cost + sq ft of lawn?
I need help!

$35.00 for 5,000 square feet and under. $3.00 a thousand feet there after. These prices are based on my overhead, product cost and profit margin.

Mainly sq ft of a lawn. I don't keep much overhead. A pallet of fert and 5 gallons of weed control is all I buy at a time. I accurately measure all properties that have an interest in a fert program and price em from there.
