Schedule/Chemicals

Most businesses that spray residential lawns sell 6 applications per year. I'm curious to know the time schedules of these applications and the chemicals and the purpose of these chemicals.

Any clarification on this would be appreciated.

Many companies operate on a 6 week interval between visits, some apps are product combinations. Some apps are "sprayed" ... some granular materials. Purpose? maintain healthy stand of turf, promote root & stem/blade development, prevent & eliminate weeds, prevent or treat for insect & disease damage/control, modify soil acidity by altering PH.

Fertilizer
Crab Grass Control
Insect Control
Grub Control
Lime
