  • what is wrong with round up

i am not licensed. in indiana i think the law is for hire. Is it ok to us round up to maintain weeds in beds. I sub out all me lawn treatments, but it would be hard to sub treating weeds in landscaping. The way i bid and invoice landscape main. it only says i we maintain weeds as needed, and priced. I don't charge for roundup. it is just part of the job.

Please don't jump down my back about this. I sub out over 10 grand a year in treatments, so you guys are still getting alot of cash from me.

You are not even to have it on your truck. In ohio anyhow.

What you have heard is bullcrap. Ohio has reciprocity with the surrounding states, which means someone with an Ohio license will have that license recognized by the states of Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

keep in mind that if someone wants your accounts, and they think you aren't licensed, all it takes is ONE phone call, and your butt is in the wringer. If they see you using Roundup, they can make that call.

Oh, and all of this has to do with the law, not paying money to those licensed ("you guys are still getting a lot of money from me"). Why not just learn the material, take the tests, and pay your licensing fees?

woody, my point with paying the subs was 99% of the time i do it the right way. I'm not one of these guys who fert lawn unlisenced, Im not one of these guys who have not done it right but are still out there taking money from those of you who did.
