  • Hey Grassmaster

What happened to the thread that I started about the usage of 24-0-12 fertilizer for round one of cool season applications?

Just because you had a negative reply by the one with only one oar in water does not mean you have to delete the entire thread.

I was going to teach a little class in economics but I guess that will have to be at another place and at another time.

    I like good informative threads!

At least 8 out of 14 replies were just Bla Bla Bla & Not very good odds of it going in a better direction?

It's hard to Keep a Persons Attention span, when trying to help them, when you are hitting them in the head with a lead hammer. I wouldn't want to learn that way & neither does anyone else!

That's not what this place is about...

If we want the Industry to do better & get the Money up there for all, we must Help at all Cost, because what we've been doing in the past is not working!

GrassMaster ... you can say that again. We need to raise the bar on prices right across the board. It wouldn't take much. Imagine that if for every hour an owner puts in, or his employees work, just $5.00 an hour more (in net profits) ended up in the "back pocket" ... WOW what a difference. Okay now try $10, $15, or even $20. Well maybe not $20 ... but $5.00 more profit an hour is doable.

The question is ... HOW do you get there? ... how does the industry get there? ... all must work together to raise the bar, otherwise lose out to lowballing prices that goes (below) a certain standard ... What standard? call it minimum wage if you want to because it's very much like that!
