What do I need to do to become legal to spreed regular scotts fertilizer?

I went to the county extension office near me and asked them the same question. You need to pick up couple of books from them and pass two exams. not too bad of an exam if you already have some experience. good luck

I don't remember the cost of the exam. I think it was around $25. Two books were around $60. I am in NE Atlanta area (Duluth), If you want, you can borrow the books. ( if they are using the same book, which i think they are)
