Does anyone have a link to a web publication from a "good" northern state sponsored university with a quality entomology department the gives the calendar date by climate zone or the degree days when Japanese beetle eggs hatch into tiny larvae?

That's a great link for tree spraying but unfortunately it does not give the time of egg hatch.
My best guess is that egg hatch (or first stage of larvae) is around August 1st in zone 5B.
If we can get some university info when the first stage larvae begin to feed I will start another thread on the application date and rates of a Halofenozide.
