What seems to work best on field bindweed. I understand it's one of the toughest weeds to eradicate due to the length of the roots. I haven't made my first visit to the local Lesco store but hope to go soon. I have two beds about 14' square each with one large bridal wreath shrub in each. Only a few snapdragons and some sparse phlox that is mostly around the edges. Mucho bindweed in between it all. Thanks to anyone that cares to share their knowledge.
