  • pressure wash a house

I've been asked to give a price to pressure wash a house. Single story, siding, approx 2000 sq ft home. I', thinking pricing should be around $65 to $75 bucks...........I'll use bleach, then come back and wash everything off. Is this the right approach? Some of you experts could probably help me out in as much as I haven't priced a pressure washing job before.
    thanks for the help

you crazy as two hells if you pressure wash a house for 65 bucks... have you ever done this before?
i wouldn't do it less than 200.00... if you never done a PW job, you'll hate yourself after the 1st hour if you do it for that cheat.

using bleach.. make sure you wet the plants around the house 1st, then rinse once you're done.. just make sure you keep then wet with clean water or they'll die.

    good luck.

I won't even breakout my stuff for anything under $200.
What is the exterior of the house?
And Real PW'ers don't use bleach.

CJM & Scott are right you would regret it if you did it for that price!!! Just FYI I just did a house wash on a 2300sqft home and two patio's 8 X 10 and I charged $325 took 2 of us 2hrs. Don't just use bleach I use contractor grade chemicals but if you never done this before just go to Lowes and buy some Jomax or your local hardware store and buy some TSP and read directions!! Also price does go buy your location and area.

Everyone is right!!!!! I wouldn't do it for anything less than $250.00 and that is jsut for the house. Another product that you can use is Clorox OUTDOOR bleach. It wont harm plants, and wont fade paint or siding.

We did one last week for $200 that was about that size. The house wasn't too bad, but they had cement porch, steps, and walkway that were very grimey. It took 2 of us about 2 1/2 hours.

They are telling you right that is the average price 200 if you have competiters try 180. we are talking a small house no decks or slabs to clean.

i'm only telling you from experience, the 1st job i did was for 70 bucks. i honestly didnt want to finish the house, but i had too.

sometimes it's best to give up a cheap job rather than do it for nothing.
