snowplowing condo units

I have a ? i plow 84 condo units and shovel all 84 unit sidewalk too.how much would you charge to do this units? I use a one ton truck with 7 and half blde with wings a bobcat with a meyers blade on it and a jeep with a 6 and half blade on it.let me know give me some info.oh ya i have to plow it every 2 inches.

try this for the sidewalks instead of shoveling get a garden tractor with a snow plow or snow blade( i prefer snowblower). the housing plans i take care of let me keep it there in the maint. shed. it is so muck quicker.

a garnden tractor will not work on the sidewalks i do use a snow blower and shovel.

How long does it take? What is your hourly rate? Does this price it too high?

When I have to bust my back, I charge a little more ( makes the back feel a little better ). Find a good rate that you feel good about and the customer is comfortable with. That is how I look at it.

these are the rates in my market for commerical properties. they are adjusted for every area. You could call and see what other companies charge in your area. some people will tell you straight up what they charge.
