Help..... Sub. Contractor.... Contract

Hey guys... the last two days have told me I need some sub. contractors. Dose anyone have a contract you currently use or have used in the past. If you rather not post it please send me a pm and I will give you my email. Thanks for the help...... I need it before the next snow fall!

Not on my own..... we had four trucks going and a helper and I need two or three more trucks for one account and I'm going to add three guys for sidewalks. I think I have found the help I just want a contract for the sub contractor on the trucks.

sounds like a big account? Why not pick up two more beater trucks for your own to use as backups for other accounts.

Thats odd, the last two years have told me the same thing, but still haven't done anything about it.

I might do that in the future but right now I would like to pay a few guys that know what thier doing and cut this one job down. Sun. took us 8 hrs. with the 12". That isn't cutting it for me out the development. I had three trucks running all 8 and one that ran 4. It's a rough one.
