We are relocating to the Philadelphia PA area. The "going rate" is much higher there than it is in Rochester, NY. We have spoken to a lot of people in the area--a realtor, residents, a landscaper, etc--and have a general idea of what to charge for plowing. However, I'm looking to see if anyone on this forum does work in the Philly area who knows of any "going rates". I understand this is a pretty vague number, and will also vary by size of lot or driveway, etc.
Just for a single plow, does anyone have advice or experience plowing in this area? So far, it looks like the "average" residential driveway is going to be $50. per plow, and commercial lots are ranging from $200 to $250 per lot, depending on size of course.
Any feedback is helpful. Thank you.
