  • Bidding Snow Removal

Hi! Need some advice - I know this is a wierd time of year to be concerned with snow removal, but I would like some input from you seasoned snow removal veterans. I am planning on adding this sevice next winter in the Kansas City, MO. market, and have no idea how to price this! I will be adding a plow to my 4x4 and will also probably use a small 2-cycle blower for walks, etc. I do know that local lawn care companies charge per trip based upon the depth of the snow, but I don't have any idea what a reasonable charge may be. I have a new residential customer that wants a snow removal bid in addition to lawn care. Any advice or information you can provide would be greatly appreciated! []

To find a reasonable charge in your area phone 2-3 reputable LCO's & 1-2 scrubs & ask for a quote on an avg. size drive in your service area. Take an avg. & subtact 10-15%.
