Don't ask them anything. Tell them the cost of doing buisness is rising just like everything else in life. They should know that and understand. If they don't, let them find a cheaper cutter who probably doesn't know what his cost is for doing business. a nice letter will do
i implemented a fuel surcharge back in may. i just included a letter with each bill. now, i only went up $3/month. if your having a major increase you might want to wait till next season and just deal with it right now.Originally posted by canlawNz View Postdo i tell them in person or send a letter?
