I was house hunting with my wife and came across a beautiful house, which has a flat roof as opposed to a pitched roof. The roof is concrete and has got few small water ponds, as the surface is not absolutely flat. There is also a crack that I suspect can damage the ceiling. My wife really likes the house and wants to purchase it because of its location. He owner of the house wants to sell as it is. That mean I have to get it renovated. May I get any online help to calculate the estimate that will involve in the whole project? Please help.
