Flyers is the quickest. Put them on the mailbox, yes it is illegal but so is speeding, driving with an expired tag, watering your yard on the wrong day, etc... Wait until you get a call from the post office and then taper off. Most mail persons do not care, it also helps if you go out after the mail has already came and before people get home, between 2 and 4:30.
