    If I was to give up my business and go to work for someone else - well I am not sure that they could pay me enough. I live a comfortable life right now and if going to work for someone else meant less time freedom to do the things that I like to do, then it would take a lot of persuading on their part.

    I am thinking that the bare minimum that I would consider would be 500K/year. But realistically it would probably be quite a bit higher than that.

      I was actually offered a job working for a local landscape construction company last week as well. They wanted me to be a supervisor. It payed 52k a year I turned it down tho. I figured my sell out price is somewhere around 150k to be completely happy.
