I used a Murray 20" push mulching mower on my own lawn for 10 years. I think you have to figure out if you have enough accounts befor going out and buying a commercial mower.

I have a Cub Cadet with the Kaw 6.5 horse. Had it for two years now. It starts every time, runs like crazy with good power and sips gas (can do 4-6 residental lawns on one tank). No problems with that engine what so ever. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy a Honda motor too. I have a generator (13 hp) and pressure washer (11 hp) with Honda engines. They start on the first or second pull every time and run until you turn if off or it runs out of gas.

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery... I guess I'll have to assume that's the reason for your choice in user names and not something more juvenile, like someone's female panties being in a bunch.
