Pansies. Real lawn apes still get their sheot done in a timely manner despite rain. May I suggest a rain suit? :alien::alien::alien:

Rain everyday except one. Work is piling up and Memorial day is around the corner. Guess it's weekend work time. Got 80 more yards of mlch on the way tomorrow morning. Seem to have been going through about a truck load a week until the rain hit. Now grass is growing like crazy and still have a lot of projects to finish.

Ron Howard: Is that... vodka... and wheat grass?
Homer: It's called a "lawnmower". I invented it. Want one?

yea bad here too. Doing what I can, can't lay the dyed mulch when its pouring though, dye runs out (all suppliers are like this here, some worse than others). Got the lawns done (looked like **** some, but they are done; most people were understanding). Some lawns I've been mowing for 6-10 years without a problem and finally had some messiness this week. Landscape work is backed up (I'm gonna have to do a small mulch job Sunday morning). Rain again tomorrow. I'm praying we can get this one mulch job in tomorrow (trimming, edging; the works). I really want to get it done. Neighborhood of nice houses, clown LCO's. Once it's done, this house will POP and will put these other LCO's to shame. Even got a neat little bed extension to put in, I think it'll look cool.

Think of it this way though, complain about rain now. In two months, the threads will say "NO RAIN."
          oooooooooo yyyyeah
some people pay to get a tan. I get paid to tan.

there's a difference between rain and complete down pours which cause standing water and extremely soft soil(which we've had lately). I'll work in the rain to, but if it causes disasters, you gotta stop or wait.

Pallet as in they shred the pallet to make mulch. Dye it to make it look 'pretty.'
Dyed is dyed, whether it's made from a pallet or if its shredded bark hardwood. It will still run if its soaked.

Yeah, we have had lots of rain lately and the turf today was soft have to take the turns a little slower as not to tear the turf up.

I am not in any way Mexican and I refuse to work in the rain! I have loads of respect for you guys that have too or choose too. I would rather wait until it is not raining.

Steve-O, off and on rain today. Spread 9CY of mulch. I'll leave that dyed garbage for you to mess with when it's dry out. :alien::alien::alien:

gave up today here. Two hours to cut two lawns to make a whooping $70. Pouring rain. [sigh]. This week has been a down one for me (delays, breaking stuff, etc). So far behind to on other work.

Somehow the rain avoided Poverty today. Towns to the east received anywhere from 1-4 inches of rain, very large hail too.

Meanwhile it just sprinkled in Poverty off and on. Got all the mowing in.
