I drink more beers in a week than lawns that I cut. I turned down some lawns this week but no beers. 16 days in a row and only two were half days, tomorrow I will be rained out I hope.

I finally got around to buying some belts to add to my belt collection a week after the failure. Yeah, belts. Bought me two hydro pump belts and a blade belt. Now this lawn turd is prepared in the future. But the lack of ambition to order the belts the same day as the belt failure shows I'm never hurt when equipment goes down. :alien::alien::alien:

No, I make fun of you because you could assemble a third mower with all your spare parts. :alien:

In reality I have a lot of parts around the garage. Lots of filters, blades, various belts, even hydro pump fans. But for whatever reason I didn't feel it was necessary to buy belts for the Deere, afterall, never gave me a problem until now. Might finally change that belt tomorrow.

                Rainy day...

Finally changed the belt. Dunno why it suddenly went to sheot???

Tension arm needed to be tightened up, that may have had something to do with it. Used some loctite in conjunction with the lock nut. Guess I'll have to keep my eye on the arm from here out...

So I get the belt on (which always is a pain in the ass), start her up and the damn hydro pump fan is going nuts. :alien:

On goes a new fan. Damn mower has ~575 hours and is on it's third pump fan. Guess each fan lasts around 300 hrs. :alien::alien::alien:

Gave her an oil change and adjusted the parking brake. All is good for now.

Better knock on wood Sporty. After Steve-O bragged up his special Exmark belts, one broke leaving him to paddle up sheot creek. :alien::alien::alien:

That is karma for ya. Tomorrow you'll experience a problem with your beloved Exmarks. :alien::alien::alien:

Depend's on how many hours are on them before you have to work on them. They seldom break during waranty.
