I have my list of top priority to try and get, I will be sending out the first letter soon. Heres my problem. Is it better to sell your services or sell a price. What I mean by this is, I have experimented in when i send out a flyier i explain my services and include a price for this service. I havn't done the price thing enough to have a good read on it. I am fighting with myself for the best way.
Is it better to let your service speek for themselves? Will the price turn some people off if the price aint right? Will it get a better response if your price is comparible to what they are paying? Will it weed out price shopping so you can spend quality time with serious leads. Is it a good idea for commercial but not res.
