Forgot to mention something about that guy. He has worked with me for 3 years. He has a BA in classical guitar. He's also one of the most amazing bluegrass and rock guitar players I've ever heard. Plus he plays banjo, madolin, bass, piano, and drums fluently. But what are you gonna do with that? He gives some lessons a few nights a week, but other than that he landscapes.
