    Hey guys,

I want to get into the mix, even though I'm the only non mainlander member, I guess.

In my area, which is very similar in climate to Florida, we too have those pesky purple nutsedge.

In my experience, manage seems to be the most effective whether applying in turf or in ground cover. The key is not to water the sprayed area for as long as possible, then its effective!

I USE MANAGE IN THE LAWN AND FLOWER BEDS. I MIX A LITTLE IN A SPRAY BOTTLE AND APPLY ONLY TO THE NUTSEDGE. IN A WEEKS TIME I HIT IT AGAIN.DO NOT PULL IT OUT. I USE A BOOM SPRAYER FOR LARGE AREAS IN THE LAWN. IT WORKS GREAT, BUT REMEMBER THE LITTLE STUFF YOU MISS WILL HAVE TO BE HIT AGAIN .
