MY REPLY: CT If they are *****ing, you WILL know about it. They can't hide that sort of thing very long. When folks are unhappy, there is just a stink in the air. It can't be hidden. You can tell by the way people talk to you, the way they look at you and by the way they work.

It's like passing gas; it may be silent, but there is still an odor.

I try not to hire anyone who is unacceptable. It just happens! The unacceptable ones don't stay around very long.

Many companies wind up having to "chase" their employees to show up and work ... never heard that complaint when using Hispanic labor.

Not all mexicans are the same.

I have had to chase them from time to time to go to work.

But, they were younger(19)to (22) and did't have a family to support.

Mabye I should only hire workers that have families that are counting on them.
Is this a form of descrimination or a new post?

Who cares hire good workers and move on with your business. "No matter if you are white, black,mexican or whatever, there is still some SORRY MTF's in every race and there are some that will work there asses off for you." Excellent point by groundlevel

Not all mexicans are the same.

The vast majority of people I have talked to about Hispanic workers had positive things to say ... many of them had H2B employees.
