    Your question sounds kinda racial to me. I try to treat all with the same level. Are you trying to say that these "minorities" that you speak of are going to make it better or worse when this change happens?

        The only waqy you are going to profit from first time home buyers is if you get with the builder doing the Landscaping & taking care of the lawns until sold then you are history!

            Yes, Change is always exciting! Speaking of changes, I recently started to milk buy online in Pakistan, and it’s been a game-changer for me. It’s so convenient and saves a lot of time. Plus, I get to choose from a variety of options and have it delivered right to my door. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a go. It's a small change, but it makes a big difference in everyday life!
